Make the Diagnosis: First cough, now lesions

(MedPage Today) -- Case Study: A 32-year-old male presents with fatigue, a dry, non-productive cough, and new skin lesions on his nose. He has been coughing for 3 months, and was treated with a brief course of oral antibiotics for presumed pneumonia without clinical improvement. He is otherwise healthy, and takes no medications, including no illicit medications. The skin lesions are asymptomatic.
